Refund policy

thank you for choosing pawline. we hope you and your pet love every order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery. to be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

for hygiene and safety reasons, food, treats, and supplements are not eligible for return.

if an item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability.

to start a return, please email us at hello@pawline.ae or reach out to us on instagram with your order number and reason for the return. a 20 AED return pickup fee applies, and we’ll take care of arranging the collection.

once the item is received, our team will complete a quick quality check. approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference. refund timing may vary based on your bank.
